Not that much of a project really at the moment. Bought this of a good friend of mine with a knackered motor so it has been stood for 2 years before I got it. Plan is just to put it back on the road at the moment then a big bore motor.

Sourced another motor needs clutch sorting out and there is some slight damage to the bottom crank case but it turns over ok.

Motor in only trapped one finger a little bit was not to bad to get in on my own.

The bit of damage to the crankcase, will repair this with JB weld.

Exhaust down pipes were a bit grubby.

Fixed the crank case with JB weld.

Had 2 clutches in bits with 1 good outer clutch basket & 2 bad iner baskets, so took 1 out of my ET 1100 and now clutch is all back together after a bit of head scratching. Have ordered a motobatt battery fitted oil filter & got some oil. Have sorted wiring loom out to get it to run it was a bit of a mess.

It's coming together now then. Sorting out messy wiring can be a pain "I'll just tidy this up." frequently turns into a weeks work.
