Have now got this insured only cost me 60 quid on top of my turbo bike. Took it to me m8 Will for MOT on Thursday did not think it would fail but one of the brake lines bust during the test. Looks like it had been rubbing under the clocks at some point. Was glad it did it at the test station and not on the road. Went home on bike carefully and fitted the brake lines of me slabby fighter, took it back next day and got the MOT for it. Got it taxed the same day.

Am well happy with the bike, handles mint even with standard forks. I did have to replace the fork seals and was thinking about usd forks for it but don't think I will bother at the moment, why spoil a good thing. It does have a bit of clutch spin so have ordered some new clutch plates. Have put a couple of hundred miles on it this weekend and I have a big grin on me face.

That looks well chap, good work. I'm desperately missing my old fatty, got a GS1000 in the garage at the moment but it just don't cut the mustard!

Looks good, fair play for bringing it back to life. Takes some " rubbing through " Stainless braided hose, sure the hammer wielding revenge seeker didn`t mod it with some side cutters.

Strange thing is where the damage on the brake line was it had split fuel line over it and tirapped to hold it in position.
