bandits looking abit scruffy 4 years after the big rebuild and paint job, so a bit of a tart up is in order.. also i want some steerringlock as the forks hit the 180 fittings and the lock is shite,,, so new bottom fed cooler and re do the swinger satin black after i stripped it all off last winter.. DOH................ big ones came out easy, little ones were a bastard....

the small ones always fuk up lol i always do it is there any actual way of taking them out without damage to them ive never been bothered to search it up but i know they aint cheap to replace sure mine were £40 odd quid from suzuki dealer by me the last time i replaced them

ive never achieved it, robinsons got them on sale for £9 each.......# going to upgrade me calipers as well, from gsxr 1000 k3 to R1 2010.. mainy because of weight...and the shiney factor.

Clean a few bits, scrub a dub dub,,, going to make anew one of these bottom fed for steering lock.... adjust some bits.... New caliper brackets.. Mmmmm shiney...

The 6 pots do have different spacing. I think the four pots look better.

looking good whats the difference between a bottom fed cooler and top fed cooler ive got a b12 engined efe and has top fed cooler and a spare bottom fed cooler

doesn't matter really, which one to use depends on how much space you have between the forks on full lock and the oil cooler. Some people believe that a bottom fed cooler empties itself when the engine is not running. But that only happens when the oil lines are disconnected (and thus air can get in). And even if the cooler is empty, the engine lubrication system will not be affected, there is a separate pump for the cooling system.

The lock on my B12 is worse than my car so im making a bottom feed so i can have more lock and turn round on my drive instead of having to ride across the lawn..

coolers sorted and swinger in loose while i try and find all the bolts I put somewhere safe..DOH!!! Mmmm shiney well actually satin black... only £20 from a place in Birmingham, good deal I thought..

did you get powdercoating done at city powdercoaters birmingham? presume u did as i use bournes powdercoaters birmingham but its £40 for a swinger but the finish is amazing bikes looking good
