Haha I would sit down the cops who abuse their powers down in the hole and wire them up the electrocution harness lol but that is not the case.. I would wear full leather but no no on leather brackets and chains. I would rock in those harley hoodies though, I probably pick up 76' ironhead sportster with hardtail and such but it is in million pieces for 1 grand from my co-worker. Anyone like harleys out of the states? Back to the COPs or I should say sticks or pencils? smiley-rolleyes008 Unwrapped De-loomed Pre-wired in series There were two different pins for coil plug connectors and connectors for main harness, trying to think what I can use to make it work without ordering the pins I needed. Cut two pins off the ground wire, no money spent Wrapped up Whatever is left of the harness, does it count as weight reduction? lol I know it is kind of hack job without any soldering smileystink But it can be done by anyone who wants to tackle this project! Only money spent on butt connectors and friction tape but I already had them.

Hello gents and ladies, a small update...ish The ignition harness I modified to run in series was a successful! It fired right up when I pressed the start button! I would say coil on plug conversion does work well with our sensitive CDI. We are having freezing temperatures down south in Houston since Tuesday...Brr. My bike shop nearby opens on Tues so I got around taking off the wheels and brought it to shop to mount on new tires then mounted them back on bike in dark. Fast forward to today, hooked up chains (non o-ring...) and did a test run around in backyard. It was exciting to be able to ride it around, bear in mind I never heard the motor run or even ride it when I purchased it. I had my fingers on clutch all the way to ensure I don't spin out on cold grass. I once did though when I was tad accelerating at 2nd gear under 15 mph and still had it in the control It runs as long it wanted on choke but won't be able to breathe without it and it revs on it's own rhythmically and drops to idle slowly when revved. I suspect I need to fiddle with air leaks and idle mixtures. Things should be better once I have filter pods on it and add baffles to the exhaust outlet or try find stock half system with muffler. By the way header at cylinder #3 was warm compared to other three being hot. Any ideas on that? I just went through my carbs right now and I think it was because of slide diaphragm not seating and idle mixture in too tight? I will try to tackle on carb sync this weekend with homemade kit. I found out that my radiator has two small leaks when it is under pressure fully warmed up...I think I am going to repair it, what is your best solution?

Also I ordered those for $75 shipped! The reason why is that right rotor had loose rivets so there was fore and aft play. I tried to expand the rivets yesterday by pressing 1/4" drive 8mm socket by vise grip but I warped the center carrier from hammering the socket out of rivet so it is a paperweight now. I scored the upper fairing stay for $20 bucks from same seller! I was looking for it a week ago and it was pretty hard to find and it costs over $250 from factory. I guess I got really lucky thanks for fking up my brake rotor lol. I was planning to bend one out of duplex tubing my company had laying around but I would rather to spend $20 instead doing the custom work Lastly, I needed this for my aftermarket solo cowl fairing, could be a temporary or make dual cutouts and mount it inside of the fairing to make it look nice as possible. Only $15... UNI filter pods are on the way as well Good night everybody!
