its ally tube with 10 mm studding in each end and an 8mm thread turned onto one for the m8 rod end..
as for the coolers, its the same size as hel and goodridge use in their £400kit, ive got one on my 1216 bandit and my 'arris.. never had a problem, you might get away with a 16 row but I always fit as big as possibel

Its a home made one from my harris, it was in the parts box and very cheap, its not the right angle but will do a turn for now.......

i do agree gary....... work get,s in the way in the summer month,s ........ working 4 day,s a week is a nightmare never no what day,s or how long my day,s are... just want too enjoy the sun/ride out,s it must be nearly finished oss-popcorn
