You've put a lot of work into that frame & good to see I'm not the only one who has to work outside !
Plans to finish it this year ?
Rats aren't my thing but as long as it makes you smile that's all that counts !

Cheers guys, good to know other people like how things are going TBH i'm more into the rat at the moment i built it with the original yam engine last year & sold it to a mate then bought it back when the gearbox started playing up, i thought i might go a bit better with this teapot motor in it but didnt expect it to be as much work to get it in there ..... major rework of the frame & then i decided to upgrade the running gear as well (sucker for punishment : The tyres on there at the mo are split shagged & dont hold pressure so i want to stick some distanzia's on it if funds allow

Sorry mate i missed this post for some reason ive got a shed but its too full of other stuff to set up the jig & get round it so i had to do it outside, its not the first time & its a right pain trying to weld but i got there in the end, now its off the jig i managed squeeze it inside but space is still at a premium

Ive finished with these two now the rat is up for sale & the frame project is either going to a mate or will be recycled into something different
