Have asked the same question on the gixxer forum but no response
Rebuilding my 1127 and have checked the conrod bearings for wear.
The Suzuki factory manual says not to disturb the conrod bolts but says nothing about replacing the nuts.
Should I replace the nuts with new ones or reuse the existing ones?

I've used the original nuts on 750s. The problems arise if you try and remove the bolt from the rod. It's a tight press fit and once disturbed won't go back properly just by torquing up the nut on the big end cap. It works loose and the cap comes off and bye bye engine. This was the cause of the early slabby 750 rod failures.
Best 750 rods are the ones with the bolt through the cap into the rod. 750M I think.
