hello all im having a spot off bother with my 750 on removing the pipes one was so stuckthat even after weeks of soking in oil heat etc three headers came out but the last one didnt the pipe gave way and left the header stuck in the head tryed more oil heat big hammers and even zaped it with arc welder with no luck there is no pipe left just the flange than fits into the head im out of ideas beside finding someone with a milling manchine or should i just look for a new head as after all its only a 750 any idears thanks dave

Weld a piece of sturdy bar across the remains of the flange with a length of threaded bar attached. Slip a good weighty object over it, put a nut on the end and make a basic slide hammer.
