Done GSXR11, Hayabusa and a few others.
Normally both switch gear looms, throttle cables and choke / fast idle cables can be made to work sometimes with a little rerouting. If you've any dramas its normally with hydraulic lines for the clutch and brakes. Busa ones still reached with 789 Renthals but were a bit to tight to be happy with.
If its a cable clutch the easiest option I've found I'd not to get one made but to take the stock one to a good bike shop and say "same ends but X-amount longer" my spares guy normally go's through his stock and finds one from anther model to fit.

ah yes the brake line will be too short. As far as I can see in the avatar OP has a 750L, I've done one in the past and only the brake line needed replacing. Clutch cable, throttle cable and switchgear looms can be rerouted easily.
