Joined here since the old site seems to be dead. Names Graeme, got a few bikes but the one were interested in is the '89 gsxr750. Bought last year as a non runner, got it sort of running last autum then unfortunately laid it up since then awaiting full treatment. Cant do much with it yet as renovating house and building a garage, in the mean time poor gsxr sits in the garden Wasnt going to, but am getting tempted to get it running right so i can ride it through the summer and worry about the rebuild later. Might need some help though, went over everything on it many times and cant find anything wrong!

Hello mate,
Might be worth posting in the air section with your problem, and a few pics so us simple folk can look at your machine lol

All already been done, but although all clean and mostly new jets, it just doesnt seem to be fueling right. I wont go over it all again here, ill start a thread in the right section, but i can get it to run well, but it will randomly cut out after 30 mins or so and will then be a bugger to re-start, or, i can solve those issues but then it wont rev out fully. I think its either over fueling or the internaly gutted exhaust can (not done by me!) is playing havoc with it. Was a while ago though so i forget the details.
Ill get it running again, try it out, refresh my memory of exactly what its doing then start a thread. My gut instinct tells me a proper zorst and a dyno set up and it'll be fine.
