Hi I`m running a 750f inazuma motor in a 550 Kat, its fitted with keihin cvk 32 carbs which have a throttle position sensor fitted.
checked the resistance between pins and it all checks out according to the manual. However it doesn`t mater what position its fitted in it is always within the tolerance quoted.
So what is the point and will it work with out it fitted?

My Bandit 12 has a couple of the wires on that thing cut - some Dyno centre did it I think, seemed to be some standard thing to do a the time - I think they did explain but I have forgotten. With carbs balanced and the correct jetting the bike runs like a dream.

As above they run fine with the tps disconnected to the point that I have made a couple of looms & not even bothered to include the tps wiring
