I have looked on ebay for some new iridium plugs for the Bandit, and there are a few different types, which ones work best in the B12 ? If it makes any difference, it's fitted with full Akraprovic, stage 2 kit and K&n panel filter..

The red ones are faster.
Plenty of counterfiet plugs on egay so be careful.
As fbob said, they're not worth a wank.
Mind you, I have had some particularly good wanks over the years.

Has anyone ever done back to back testing with plugs just to see on a tuned motor.

I fitted some because I was fiddling with the jetting and they don't foul easily, plus they last longer (about double)- there might be a gain on tuned motors and bikes with a weak electrical system, but I've not seen a test for improvements on tuned engines. The thin electrode requires less voltage to bridge the gap, so with extra compression and heat, things that affect there might be a little more power . . . well that's the theory !
