that,s what stress does to you ? walk away have a sleep ? all good the next day,,,,,,,,, my friend has been banned from touching anything too do with my bike,s unless i am with him and i do feel like a plank ........sometime,s we look for the worst rather than the easy fix......... ready for the heat wave this week now ?? smileyt2801

Wow, that's really thick, just shows what being tired does to you - like this mate of mine (not me) who once spent 5 minutes trying to fit the back end bodywork onto his Bandit (not mine), then realised why nothing lined up - cause it was the back end off his Speed Triple (not mine), not even remotely close.......... so he realised he was d1ck and simply went to bed (not my bed - cause it wasn't me).

BTW those slave cylinders have rebuild kits for about £20 on fleabay, or you can buy the whole cylinder complete OEM from Suzuki for I think about £45. Something like that anyway, the difference between the two was such that I just bought the whole thing.

"cause it wasn't me" I know mate, I had a "friend" who stripped the bottom end of their 1100 katana engine to replace a gearbox bearing to find out after getting the bearing off the shaft that it was ok. the "friend" then checked his chain to find a 5 link tight spot that was the cause of the kadunk,kadunk that the plonker had mistaken for a gearbox bearing collapse!
I, sorry, he was well pissed off.
