first bits done the U shaped bits are highlighted blue: low amps, bit of purge and some foot pedal wiggling also got a throttle off a gen 1 mille

wages go in, wages go out. torques fittings for aeroquip hose said hose new dyna leads cos the old ones aren't long enough for where i want to position the coils

welded the fittings on the fuel rail. still need to machine it. 1+4 coils 2+3 coils

injector rail machined injectors into tb's viola just need to weld some tabs onto the back of the rail to mount the rail to the tb's incase anyones interested. deka 4 630cc shorts fit into k2 thou tb's dead easy. you just need the rubbers from the stock injectors to fit over the new ones.

One thing that concerns me is the injector angle! They are very steep and looks like most of the fuel is going to hit the other side of the port / throttle body. Obviously with the std motor they would be downdraught and almost in the head - all the angles and twists and turns may cause fuel drop out?

at wot it should just clip the end of the butterfly.
might work, might not.
end of the day, i've got the rail machined with the correct spacing. i could always point them in from the back of the plenum and block the tb holes.
might build that into the plenum anyway so i can try both options.
