And on its first outing. Ended up reworking the loom the night before we would be setting of due to a stupid mistake I made. No charge on the battery makes you not go very far you know.

Love the way all your mates are pitching in with getting you back on the road at the eleventh hour.

There you have it, project in a nutshell, not even 2 pages long. Work that is left on this one is getting the seat more flush with the tank and then get it repainted in the same colours, just prettier. Then a new loom, different shock and a new fueltap and it's good to go for another few years. Good thing too, because I've got a lot lof other stuff that needs to be build.

Love the way all your mates are pitching in with getting you back on the road at the eleventh hour. Tell me about it. Then again; I claimed that "when I do it myself, it WILL NOT go wrong". I did, and it didn't, and it still hasn't

Now, onwards and upwards. After building a runaround for the gf, it dawned on me that Teapots are quite good, be it a bit slow. I do a lot of motorway miles and the 7/11 is just no good for it, so I'll build myself a tourer. Gf's 600 Teapot. 750K frontend and wheels

After doing a deal with a friend who had a 750 in storage for years which he needed to get rid off: All there, bar the mirrors for the princely sum of 50 euros. Bonus; these things have Dot-head motors

Found a 11M just round the corner for sale for silly money so I snapped it up to use as a donor Trust me; it REALLY wasn't as good as it looks. Someone really should've had their tools taken away. Thing turned out to be a deathtrap.

That's where I am now. Waiting for the tool to get the swingarm out of the M-frame. After that, a lot of welding to get the rear suspension worked out, because it's the only thing that's totally different between the 2 bikes. After that, all is pretty much straight forward. It'll end up something like this; Just faster

If you can bolt it straight on, it's no good by default
