After all this frivolity it was time for the serious stuff, a trip to the dyno. Guess what the output was, remember it was 69 bhp as standard.

104 BHP Nearly 50% more power, and the motor was still a bit tight.

I made a template for the glass out of card, measured the thickness which I think was 1 mm and went to a local galziers. Took them a couple of attemps but eventually they made me one. It just plain old glass.
