on the ebay listing for the clutch springs in did not state they were HD springs so i bought them under the impression they were standard springs but turns out there HD fitted them anyway along with new cable and i must say clutch is alot lighter than before but thats probly due to the cable was fekked and really stiff. wondering now if i should put the original springs back in and try clutch again the new ones are about 3mm longer and tougher to compress so im thinking the original springs could be worn so is it worth putting them in.

fitted a 54t rear sprocket to get more clearance on swingarm along with talon offset 18t front sprocket

treated my self to a new rear shock had to get one anyway as need smaller one to allow bit more chain clearance

forks yokes rear spring all sent in for powder coating so should receive back before end of week.

finally the last few pieces of powder coating has been done, but awaiting fork seals and headstock bearings from robinsons so cant carry on with bike unto i receive these now. used a different powder coaters for last few pieces as previous powder coaters killed my usd legs screw in extensions and yokes. very impressed with new powder coaters twice the price but perfect.
