I have telefix clips on bars on my Kat with 43 mm gsxr 1100k forks , I had risers made for them , they fit between the clamp and to bars and raise them . You can get them made different lengths. Look at www. telefix.de senior clip ons. On the pic of my bike you can see the risers on the throttle side , it is the stainless steel 45 mm spacer just visible under the brake master cylinder

The advantage of these is that you can get riser inserts made to whatever height suits you

Where are you anatak? Put your location in your profile.
I have some Telefix adjustable clip-ons for sale, for 35mm (EFE) forks. Don't know if they fit Katana forks.

Depends on which lower fork yoke you are using , gsxr1100/750k 43 mm yokes are spaced wider than those of a 1200 bandit /rf900/Inazuma 750.
This is taken up at the bottom of the forks by the 1100k forks having an integral cast boss approx. 3mm wide on their inner surface where the spindle passes through into the threaded portion of the leg. This means that there are no off the shelf Suzuki top yokes (triple trees ) with handlebar mounts that fit off other models (or should I say non that I am aware of).
Another option is if you have gsxr1100k top and bottom yokes then the standard top yoke can easily be drilled to take standard Bandit 1200 handlebar mounts, I have done this on my gsx750 project

Do you still have these for sale? yes. I can PM you some pics this evening. *edit* just measured and they are 37mm. And so are EFE forks.
