its amazing what get deleted billys comments the guy I helped out the other day etc among others I went to show my other half it and its gone why if this is going to be the way of the new site then I wont bother Sorry Stuey I posted it and I also deleted it. Was a screen grab of my own mobile FB app and I just realised I had some personal settings that I should have blurred. I meant to edit it and repost but didn't get a chance. I don't mean to offend you but it's a shame that you assumed the worse. As you will temeber I have sent you stuff to the IOM for free before and you kindly sent me some T shirts which was an unexpected surprise. We've met a couple of times when you were up at matts and of course sadly at Allan's funeral. So I know you and you know me. I took the time to post the FB update because I thought it showed you and other members on this forum that there was nothing to worry about. It's sad that you put 1+1 together and get 5

Don't over think it man, it'll be fine. The depth of knowledge about the bikes in question is (will be) invaluable, and often transferable. Thanks for that fella Damn right about the depth of knowledge here, gonna need it in spades when I customise the old girl one day I can remember a similar situation when I was quite cross about why I couldn't use my '76 Bultaco in Pre '65 Trials at our local trials (it was the mid '80s), it was after all quite an old bike. Genuine comment, it really will be fine Think that's kinda why I took the huff last week. A few years ago, when I had the rare chance to buy something a bit better than my usual 600 quid dog, there wasn't much to choose from. Needed it to be a Suzuki, £2k or less with 10k or less on the clock, twin shock, and not look like a lardy arse "U.S Custom". The GSX fitted the bill... and my pocket. Fell in love with the retro look that echoed very well the GS and Z1 bikes of the Seventies. She's now a grand 13 years old and I wuz sayin' to one of the other lads, there's nuthin' nu-skool about her. The bikes here are an inspiration and I know that with my not so shabby skills, and the help of you guys, my bog standard Inazuma will one day truly fit in 'ere as a "special". For now it's just a case of makin' her look tidy again and gettin' her back OTR.. I will tell ya that this is one biker that will likely need to be cut off his mount with a grinder when he goes out for that first ride in years.
