P.S: I have two major problems: 1. It take me 4 months..1 or 2 hour after work...to make this bike turbo and then fuel injected. That was too fast...no more challenges, no more research and I slowly lose 'speed' 2. I'm king of self-deception and easy ignore some technical problems in my calculation...of course time to time things ended badly.

Same as me mate. I have been working on my bike for about 5 years I think. Work, family and renovating a Crap house take basically all the normal time. I get a few hours after 9pm if I still have any energy left lol. Then work, family and renovating a Crap house take all my money, so I am always trying to find cheap ways to do things. But, cheap and turbo bikes don't go together lol But I still really enjoy it, so that's the main thing. It's my little escape from everything else going on. ;-)

I've copied this tremendous (zx12 or ??) ignition map, who is TPS based...and made another switchable one (when MAP>100kPa) for boost. I still have problem with cold start...not real problem...but I want perfect start on any conditions. But there is too many parameters...and slowly I get lost.

Last I made some new fuel tables from 0-2500rpm is MAP/RPM based map then comes 2500-13000 TPS/RPM map (Alpha N) and over that 4D table MAP/RPM when boost comes I plan to stop messing with ECU

Yep I must stop... I make rpm counter needle sweep Connected neutral gear lamp to ECU... and now when the bike is in neutral, rpm limits drop to 5500 with agressive ign cut and half a meter flames ...cool-asshole mode Made rpm counter to show me AFR (7000 is afr 14 and every 1000rpms up or down are +-1AFR)...same for boost but...I cut da bullshit officially!
