To be clear it's not about people being in or out its about which bikes are on or off topic. Everyone is welcome regardless of what bikes they have, however there are plenty of other places on the internet for those off topic bikes and indeed other makes and models.

Sorry, I was refering to "in or out" by bike. Don't matter what you ride, if you have an interest in OSS as defined all over the place, you'll love it, just stay on topic. If I have a question about my mondeo I don't go to the cortina site, I'm on the cortina site because I love 'em, but I don't have one anymore. My mondeo question would be inappropriate , even though it is still a Ford.

This is why off topic sections are good. Then feel free to mention your mondeo

There have been a lot of comments in this thread about the future of this Forum and who will or won't be welcome in the new OSS when it comes back online in a couple of weeks. As Banoffee has said above, everyone will be welcome but discussion will be limited to those bikes the site is about and for.
I have also received private messages from the Admins of OSS and members of this forum and there are plenty of different views out there.
I think we have to give the new site our support and thank those who have put their time, effort and money into bringing it back.
Sometime on the 5. July 2015, this forum will be locked, we won't be accepting any new members and it wont be possible to create new threads or post to existing threads. The forum will remain fully readable and it will be possible to create links in the new forum back to threads in this one.
What happens later on, we shall see.
This thread is now locked.
