Bit of a update, bike went like fook but was cutting out in the midrange so thought I had carb issues. Striped carbs down refitted still the same. Eventually found the problem, faulty fuel regulatory now runs well but a slight mis at about 5 grand. Didn't seem to have enough gears and it will wheelie just about anywhere, so got a 16 tooth front sprocket to gear it up.

Fitted sprocket put sproket case back on and it hits the back middle back bolt on the inside case. Pic with bolt to show how close to sprocket.

All turns ok now. New shock seems good but think back end is still to high.

are you running adjustable dogbanes? could get some of them n keep playing with rear ride height maybe? bike still cool as fuck though man! even with a bigger front sprocket guessing it will still lift in most of the gears. hell with 200hp its gonna pull like fuck regardless of how its geared!

Nitron shock is adjustable but is set on lowest ride hight. I realy need some 200mm dog bones, haven't found any so will probably end up making some.

is it too high as in it makes it unstable? or just too high as in awkward to sit on and look at?
me bandits got a huge jack up kit on the back 50mm i think (coming off as shorter USDs are going on) and although its a little flighty steering at high speed and the fact it looks cool with its arse in the air...the only real problem I notice is how much the gf hates having to climb that high to get on and off the thing!

Its a handling thing, for a b12 it handles really well. Think they do look better jacked up my one was already jacked up before nitron shock its now even higher. Just trying to get the best of both worlds, good handling on north Yorkshire twisty lanes and stability at high speed. Me top yoke is stepped for the gsxr 750k2 front end.
