Unfortunately I manage to bent one of blade of first TB...dammm..now I should buy another set. The first set I bought was w/o TPS. TPS of the secondary blades stepper motor was there. It's almost the same, but the TB shaft must be machined down from 8mm to 6mm...and when I try to dismantle the TB I bend the blade...then hit it with the hammer...and then again...anger management

No, this bosch injectors are shorter. Otherwise you cannot mount TBs like this. The up side down mounting method I use at any of my turbo efi bikes and works fine. Also you have the throttle cables on the upside and more space under the tank. If you want put the throttle calbes in the middle, you have to use the manifold rubbers of the later Bandit modell (pop). They are 5mm longer. Other wise you hit the cam chain housing.

Ок Ок..so wie so du bst online. When you make custom trigger wheel (I made 12-1)...how to 'shoot' exact TDC point with stroboscope....there is oil in trigger wheel housing...I don't want to repaint my garage...again .

You can take an old cover and make a hole for extend the crank for fit disc. For sure, there is still oil squirting out, but less than without cover If 12-1 work fine with your ECU, make! Throttle response is shit with less lobe trigger. So 24-1 or -2 work better in my case. May be 20-1/-2 would also be fine. Don´t know.

I'll use Link stand alone...I see it working properly even with 4 tooth trigger. Number of trigger tooth is free programmable.
